the packaging store is pleased to offer credit account facilities to customers. If you are interested in applying, simply read through the criteria and tick the box next to each, to confirm that you agree.

Credit Account Criteria
1.	I am a registered business, charity or public sector body with published accounts. I am VAT registered.	I agree
2.	I understand there is a minimum order value of £175 (including VAT and delivery) for each order paid for by credit account.	I agree
3.	I agree to allow the packaging store to perform a credit check, in order to approve my credit account application.	I agree
4.	The payment terms are 30 days nett. Payment shall be made in full by the last day of the month after the month of despatch.	I agree
5.	For my first order, I must make payment in advance by credit card, debit card, cheque or BACS. This must be over the value of £50, including VAT and delivery. If you are an existing customer, any order you have placed in the past 3 months that is over £50 will qualify.	I agree
